You try hard and truly want to win the approval and cooperation of the people you deal with, but it often does not work out that way. You tend to contaminate your good intentions with self-seeking suggestions that make people suspicious of you. When you assert yourself, you act so uncertain that people question your competence. You have trouble finding ways to capitalize on your creativity and tend to dawdle in accomplishing your tasks. The result is a number of jobs that get started but never finished. Your failures result from insufficient planning and lack of mental organization. Try to obtain the services of an advisor who can guide you in your plans.

You are unrealistic about financial matters and tend to be disappointed in the results of your efforts. You are easily misled by the suggestions of well-meaning friends, which may leave you high and dry financially if you follow them. You are generous in offering assistance to others, for you are sympathetic to their needs and feel an obligation to help if you can. But in so doing you neglect personal matters that need your attention, and the favors you do for others may never be appreciated. You have your priorities mixed up. In your desire to win people''s approval you persecute yourself by serving their needs.

If you want to gain the respect of those for whom you work you must learn to discipline yourself. You give the impression that you are easily distracted and therefore undependable. Do not be so impressed by your colleagues'' credentials, for this tends to deflate your hopes of emulating their success. You are best suited to work alone where your mistakes and missed schedules can only disturb yourself.

In love you are inclined at times to seek spiritual qualities in a relationship to the exclusion of everything else, which may severely limit your choice of partners and confuse others as to your real intentions. Once involved in a relationship, you want elevate it continually, which may be exhilarating for you but difficult for your partner. On the one hand with the right partner you may become totally involved in the spiritual aspects of sexuality in a very positive way, exploring such paths as Tantric yoga, in which sexuality is used to achieve spiritual goals; while on the other hand, if you do not have such a partner, you may become rather asexual, or if your sexuality is more intense, quite frustrated. Or you may sublimate your sexuality in other activities.

You should relax your standards in this area to a certain extent and enjoy the more down to earth aspects of sexual expression, if for no other reason than simply to keep your sexual energies from becoming too knotted inside you. It is not necessary to work toward an ideal sexual experience every time. You can gain a great deal by waiting and letting your lover produce whatever he or she is capable, which may in the long run be much more than you would have thought.
